Soft Gray With Archival Balance
The Crescent Select Conservation Solid Matboard in Dove offers a light refined gray tone paired with dependable conservation quality. Measuring 32" x 40" with a 4 ply thickness, this matboard is designed for professional framing where subtle contrast and long term protection are important.
Made from wood pulp fibers that have been chemically treated to remove acids and lignins, this matboard helps protect artwork from discoloration and aging. The solid color runs evenly throughout the board, allowing for clean precise cuts and consistent framing results.
Buffered with calcium carbonate and constructed from 100% virgin alpha cellulose, the surface resists fading and bleeding while maintaining a stable environment for artwork over time.
