Give Your Artwork A Graceful Oval Foundation

Da Vinci Pro Birch Wood Panel Oval 5" x 7" with a 3/4" deep profile gives artists a smooth, rigid surface in a distinctive oval shape. The finely sanded Birch face has a subtle wood grain and requires no additional sanding before priming. Its firm surface helps minimize flex, making it especially well suited for acrylics, oils, egg tempera, caseins, encaustics, and other techniques that benefit from a stable painting support.

The Birch panel is supported by a sturdy medium-density fiberboard cradle designed to resist warping and reduce the chance of flexing or bowing. The smooth surface accepts universal acrylic primers, encaustic gesso, PVA, and traditional glue-based barrier coatings. Linen, canvas, and a variety of art papers can also be mounted directly to the panel. Display your finished artwork framed or unframed for a clean professional presentation.
