Speedball's DIAZO Photo Emulsion and Sensitizer make it easy to transfer any black-and-white design to a screen using a straightforward photographic process—no darkroom or expensive equipment required. Just coat, expose, and print to produce high-quality polyester silk screens ready for creative use.
The emulsion and sensitizer mix easily under normal light conditions, and once applied, the emulsion dries quickly and exposes evenly. After hardening, the screen can be used with both water-soluble and solvent-based inks. When you're ready to reuse the screen, simply clean it with Photo Emulsion Remover and start again.
